Founder
Vivian Garcia-Tunon
Vivian Garcia-Tunon founded VGT People Advisory to partner with leaders and help them build engaged and thriving organizations. She is a visionary thought partner best known for her inspiring perspective, being a fearless champion, and her direct approach to addressing challenges and producing unprecedented results.
Vivian and her team work with senior executives, founders, and their teams to provide leadership coaching and training to achieve new personal and professional performance levels.
Vivian brings years of experience in executive coaching, as well as a successful career as a Human Resources leader within financial services, private equity, and investment banking.
She’s an expert in all things related to people, growth (including capital raising and mergers & acquisitions), and diversity. Throughout her career, she built high-performing teams in some of the fastest-growing organizations.
Vivian earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Fordham University. In addition, she has done extensive studying in Organizational Cultures & Design, Leadership, and Change Management.
She also has received certifications in Applied Positive Psychology, Coaching, and various assessment tools.

Leslie Harris
Leslie Harris is an executive coach dedicated to providing guidance that makes a real impact in the lives and careers of business leaders. He draws on his three-decade career as a trader in the financial markets to help get executives comfortable with taking smart risks and driving effective change.
Leslie has coached many executives and rising stars from financial services, law, marketing, media, entertainment, architecture, and design. Executives have come to count on him as a key advisor for some of the most important decisions they make.
An MBA graduate from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Leslie is certified as a Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Coaching Training Institute (CTI) and is a member of the International Coaches Federation (ICF).
Leslie Grygiel
Leslie Grygiel is an executive and leadership development coach. She combines her performance consulting, learning & development, and coaching skill sets to improve the financial performance and positive impact of organizations through continuous improvement of leadership abilities and mindset.
Leslie coaches globally across a wide variety of industries including consumer products, food and beverage, mining, technology, software development, financial services, consulting and marketing/advertising.
Leslie earned her M.S. in Instructional and Performance Technology from Boise State University and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. Her coaching skills have been certified by the Coaches Training Institute and the International Coaching Federation. She is also certified in the Leadership Circle Profile. Leslie is a Past President of the Charlotte Chapter of the International Coaching Federation.
